Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before your visit.
Do I need to book an appointment? Yes. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date, time, and service provider. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
How early should I arrive? What happens if I arrive late? Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment to check in and relax before your service begins. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. The full service price will still apply.
What is your cancellation policy? We kindly require 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Do you offer direct billing for massage service? Yes. Direct billing is available for most major insurance providers. Coverage varies by plan, and any remaining balance is the client's responsibility.
I'm new to tanning. How long will my first session be? For your safety, all first-time visitors begin with a shorter session based on manufacturer recommendations and Alberta guidelines, regardless of previous tanning experience elsewhere.
Can I use my own tanning lotion? Only indoor tanning lotions are permitted. Regular body lotions and oils can damage the tanning bed acrylics and should not be used.
Do you offer services for pregnant clients? Yes. We offer prenatal massage and selected spa services that are suitable during pregnancy. Please let us know at the time of booking.
