Spa Policies
Please read these before booking.
Cancellations - Charges apply to any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment start-time, as we may be unable to fill that space in our schedule.
We cannot make exceptions for illness, traffic, work, or schedule changes on the client's behalf.
No Shows - Charges apply to any missed appointment start-times, as we are unable to fill that space in our schedule.
Credit Cards - We require all spa and massage appointments to be secured with a valid credit card, in order to comply with our cancellation policy.
Natural Nails - We do not work on nail enhancements or cured polishes from other salons. We cannot be sure of the material used, and we may not be able to remove all products that come from different salons. Please have these products removed prior to booking. If your appointment is cancelled last minute because of this, charges may apply due to the time lost in our schedule.
Email Bookings - We are no longer booking appointments via email. Please call our team or go online to book your appointmen
Junk Mail - Please check your junk mail for appointment confirmations and reminders.
Tanning Beds - Please no regular body lotions or oils in our tanning beds as this damages the acrylic panels.
Receipts - We do not adjust or edit receipts to reflect services other than the ones that have been received.
Eco Fee - A $2 eco fee is added to spa and massage visits to allow us to recycle our spa waste and disposable items. This initiative has allowed us to offset our carbon footprint from our electricity use.
Gift Cards - Gift cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and we are not responsible for lost, stolen or misused gift cards.
Children/Guests in the spa - We love children, but due to the fact that this is a professional site with other clients, we ask that you please do not bring children that are not booked in for their own services.
