Receptionist – Lakeshore Spa

Employment Type: Part-time with additional hours as needed.

We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Lakeshore Spa. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll help create a welcoming and relaxing experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.

• Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Provide informed advice on our services and products, including safe and accurate guidance for tanning services.

• Stay knowledgeable and up to date on all spa services, promotions, and procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area and retail display.

• Offer amenities such as beverages and ensure client comfort during their visit.

• Manage appointment scheduling to ensure accuracy and compliance with booking policies.

• Upsell and recommend services or retail products based on client needs.

• Support the team in maintaining an efficient and positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or front desk role (spa, salon, or hospitality experience is an asset).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

• Comfortable learning new software systems and adapting to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented demeanor.
