We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Lakeshore Spa. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll help create a welcoming and relaxing experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.

Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Provide informed advice on our services and products, including safe and accurate guidance for tanning services.

Stay knowledgeable and up to date on all spa services, promotions, and procedures.

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area and retail display.

Offer amenities such as beverages and ensure client comfort during their visit.

Manage appointment scheduling to ensure accuracy and compliance with booking policies.

Upsell and recommend services or retail products based on client needs.
-
Support the team in maintaining an efficient and positive work environment.
Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or front desk role (spa, salon, or hospitality experience is an asset).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

Comfortable learning new software systems and adapting to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Esthetician / Laser Technician (Licensed)
Location: Chestermere, AB
Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician / Licensed Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in both basic and advanced esthetic services and is committed to providing exceptional client care and results-driven treatments.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of esthetic services, including:

Manicures and pedicures

Waxing (face and body)
-
Facials and advanced facials
-
Brow shaping and tinting
-
Lash lift and tint
-
Perform laser treatments, including laser hair reduction (must be licensed/certified)

Conduct professional client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products
-
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business

Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products

Ensure exceptional customer service and a premium client experience
Qualifications:

Certified Esthetician (required)

Valid Laser Technician certification/license (required)
